upload file/image from nano/microflow

the current add photo flow is a bit outdated.

can we make this into a microflow activity, where we can choose to show a user to upload from cam, or take picture.

and then when a user has done this, automatically move them into a crop image view for instance.

currently we need a lot of JS magic to make the interface intuative
