How To Read Documents using Java Action

Hi, I am new to Mendix. Am facing the issue in fetching the document from DB. I need to know How to read the file document using java code ? Thanks in Advance.

I am noticing that people from same company are raising same tickets. I dont understand this.

Why cant you talk to your own team member Arunkumar Jaganathan who raised the same ticket. See below.

I Need to read a file documents from Data Base which is uploaded by user using Java action after that I need to convert that File which is read by java action to PDF. For That What I have to do ? Please can you explain step By step process.
