How can I convert CSV file to an Excel file?

Currently I am using OQL module available on marketplace. Using “Export OQL to CSV” Java action I am able to generate the CSV file as per the requirement. Now I want to have an Excel file same as my CSV file. Is there any way to convert the CSV into Excel?
