Hi Recently i am facing the issue with import excel module. It doesnt support the 2016 version files. In the default flow while importing “Start Import by template” java action throwing an error. So i tried 2003version its supporting. But the module is worked last 3 months in the application. If any one facing the same issue is there any solution for this would be helpful .

Could you post the full error? My guess is that you have not cleaned your userlib. Check out the org.apache.poi files. You should only have version 5.2.2 and no others. Remove those and try again.
