Error while trying to debug the java action in eclipse

Hi , I have the following error on trying to debug the java action in eclipse.  Failed to connect to remote VM. Connection refused. Connection refused: connect Is there anything I should configure in my debug properties. Please help me on this.?

The error is that your credentials for accessing the database is wrong. Check your Project / Settings / Configuration.
