Ability to contact all contacts who have dowloaded the App from Private Company App Store

This is needed for us from a change management perspective. We would like contact anybody who has downloaded a Module from the company AppStore and inform them about changes to the App.

This will help us potentially prevent any breaking changes that may happen.
