remove the feedback widget from atlas

It's quite unusual to find the feedback widget inside the Atlas module. Additionally, updating Atlas resets the widget, although you can sometimes fix it by right-clicking. Overall, this seems like an odd choice and may not meet Mendix's strict marketplace policies.
