Ability to create private starter app templates per company

In our organisation we've made a template app for new devs to build their apps up from. It includes a lot of our shared functionality, modules, page structures, and extensive styling. This helps us enforce consitencey across all the apps and forms we present to customers.

It would be really useful if we had the option to create our own Starter App templates as prompts, when creating an app from the sprintr or modeler - here;

This would make the process of replicating the current template that has been built, much much simpler
