Marketplace Curation: Add Company Approve label for Private Marketplace Content to avoid confusion

3

Introduce the Company Approved label not only for public Marketplace content but also for private content within the Mendix Marketplace. This would help developers clearly distinguish which modules, public and private, meet internal company standards.

Currently, the Company Approved label is only applied to public Marketplace content that matches the criteria defined in Curation Settings (e.g., support type, license type). However, this creates confusion when:

As a result, teams may hesitate to use internal modules or duplicate efforts by creating alternatives.

Enable the Company Approved label for private Marketplace content by:

  1. Extending the Curation Settings to include private content.
  2. Allowing manual approval of private modules via the Marketplace Content List.
  3. Displaying the Company Approved badge consistently across both public and private content.

This would ensure clarity and trust in internal assets, especially in large organizations with curated internal libraries.
