Hi. I want to use the forgot password module and have imported it from the app store with its module dependencies except for the deep link module. when I import it, it gives an error it can not be installed because it was created using the previous version of Mendix. I am using Mendix 8.8, is there a way to solve this problem?

You should do as stated open it in Mx 7 first export that module and then import it in Mx8.
