CSV Services - error when unique attribute is Date

Hello Iam importing ‘Holiday list’ from csv file using ‘CSV Services’ Module at runtime. When I am making Holiday Date as a unique attribute, I am getting a warning as below(though i get warning, data gets imported, but when i run the application for second time ,same data again gets imported which should not be the case as holiday date is unique): My Csv file contents are: Can someone suggest what is wrong here. I want to make holiday Date as unique.
