Unique URL implementation

Hi everyone! If we refresh the page the particular url should stand in the same url.should not navigate to another page or url.And these things should done dynamically ,is there any way suggest

Have a look at the URL property on the Page. This should let you set a specific URL for the page allowing you to reload or bookmark it.
