How to use SAML token to access Microsoft Graph API

We are using SAML from the app store for SSO. Can we then use the SAML token to access Graph API? There is a “Enable delegated authentication” checkbox in IdP configuration → Provisioning screen. It asks to enter Delegated Auth URL once checked. The description states “This will allow you to use a SAML token and delegate the authentication through SAML. By checking this box you are able to access the authorized SAML token, the module will automatically keep the token alive.” Can you please explain how to configure it? Thanks.
