How to Disable Reloading Offered by Chrome Phone Browze

Hi everyone, Could you tell me how to disable default function of reloading offered by Chrome phone browzer by using Mendix widget etc? This reloading happens when you scroll more on the top of the page. When I implemented Pull To Refresh (*1) with a blank microflow and tested it on iPhoneSE, reloading could be disabled partially. When I scrolled twice quickly, however, reloading could be done. I would like to know the way how I could disable the default function completely.
