Initialize entities when creating an app using an App Template

During the CTO Keynote for MendixWorld 2021 at the 18:05 timestamp, a user creates a new app, then is prompted to complete a form that will initialize the app w/ an entity. Do we also have the option when creating our own starter apps (app templates) to prompt the user for information to help initialize their new app?
