Can we use private GitHub to publish a project as a Starter Template.

I want to publish one of my Mendix Project that is having some Modules integrated and can be used by other developers in my organization as a Starting Template. Right now the .mpk file of the project is more than 100 MB and the Mendix Marketplace is not allowing me to add .mpk more than 100 MB. So right now the project is on Siemens GitHub account. So it is possible to publish such project in Marketplace using the private Siemens Github Link?
