How to integrate 3DMAX on mendix to realize digital twin

I want to be a digital twin now. I have 3DMAX's own model and blender, but I don't know how to integrate in mendix. I used threejs and the data in it can't be imported. Because I don't know how to import the database into the script, I finally want to achieve digital twin. Is there any other way.
