Application based on Teamcenter Connector occurred error when perform signoffs

Hi, I encountered an error when I tested a Teamcenter workflow. My application works smoothly in most of my tested workflow, except for the workflow that occurred this error. It’s a common ‘Perform Signoff’ task and I have completed other ‘Perform Signoff’ tasks. When I clicked the ‘Approve’ button as I did in any other task, the following error occurred. When I checked the workflow in the Teamcenter client, I found the task stuck at the ‘Perform Signoffs’ node. I would be very grateful if someone could tell me the cause of this error.
