Can you share the log message from your studio pro or from log files.

When upgrading our Excel Importer modules, we regularly walked into this null pointer exception. Cal you please check your userlib folder for duplicate userlibs?
Double check please if you have both org.apache.poi[etc] and poi[etc], since this can cause the null pointer in my experience.

Before retrying, clean your deployment directory, else the error will persist.

If this doesn't work, please share your stack trace!
