Email Connector - where can I send the right template to use

Dear all, I have successfully set up the Email Connector module (to replace the old ‘Email with Templates’). I wonder where in the microflows I can set the template(s) to be used? Looking at the Sample Microflows, I see a retrieve but therein is no way I can set up the template(s) I want to use. I already set up an example template, just to test the overall functionality. Let’s say its name is “template1” – where do I tell the Microflow to use this and – for example – not the one ‘Excellent It’s working’ that comes out of the box with the Email Connector Module?
