We (Market Place team) had some synchronisation issues between our MarketPlace backend and the search engine, we just released a hotfix which should have fixed the issue.
Can you please check if your issue still occurs?

Not entirely sure, but maybe only displaying the content that has a compatible version to the Mx version you are using?
Update: It's not about private content. … Also, public content is not appearing in search results.
So there is a bug …...
