Print the contents from Rich Text (v 2.1.3)

We are saving text and Images on the Rich Text widgets . But the contents of Rich Text are saving in HTML tags . Could you please guide us how we can convert the contents to valid data . Ex :

Hi,

In Community Commons there is a java action called HTMLToPlainText which converts html into plain text,

it removes html tags form the input string.
