How can i resolve this error with the Excel importer?

Hello, a while ago I implemented the excel importer in my application and it worked without any problem but for some time now I have been getting the following error every time I try to import an excel: I have tried doing a clean deployments, deleting the userlib libraries and reimporting the module but nothing, the error still appears. What else could be wrong?
