PDF Document Generation - App Registration Error

Hi Community,   I have performed all the prerequisites for the setup of DocGen. I am facing the following error when trying to register the application. It looks like I am not able to connect with the host. Can anyone tell me where I could have gone wrong here ?

Please upgrade the PDF Document Generation module to the latest one. Then use 'Mendix Coud Dedicated' option and it will work.Mendix PDF Generation Module.jpg

Hi Jasper,

I'm afraid it's because you're running on the Siemens cloud. The documentation states that "currently we support Mendix Public Cloud and Mendix for Private Cloud". Maybe you can try in a Mendix Sandbox or locally whether you've setup everything else correct.
