PDF Document Generation, toggle-password.js not found

I've set up the PFD Document Generation from the marketplace to run locally. I do admit i skipped 1 step: configuring reverse proxy because it looks like IIS Manager is not buildin in Windows11. So far everything seems to work and I'm able to download a generated PDF, but the PDF is empty. When I go back to Mendix Studio Pro is see this error: 404 - file not found for file: js%2Ftoggle-password.js I'm guessing this will also be the reason the downloaded file is empty. Anybody has any idea how to resolve this and/or setup the reverse proxy in Windows 11? Mendix version is 10.7
