The Excel Importer Module, has a import files tab, I am not able to click the new button in it. Can someone help?

I am using the excel importer module and have used the create button to create new files, in import file tab, I am not able to use it, it has been given every access (i.e read write), I am not able to click it.

Hello Harsh,
This can be due to user role at module level and application level, please check it is assigend correctly.
