Unable to access marketplace

When I try to access the Marketplace tab, this connection picture shows up, then the translation error pops up. When I press ok on the error, the tab then turns blank. Has anyone else gotten this problem before? I've never encountered it until now, and restarting Mendix yields no results.   1.   2.   3.

Please sign-out and login again with your mendix account and try to access marketplace again

Hi Thomas,

I’ve experienced the same issue in a higher version of Mendix. What worked for me was closing and reopening the Marketplace tab. To do this, right-click on the tab — you should see options like Float and Close Tab. Click on Close Tab, then try accessing the Marketplace again. That resolved the issue for me. Give it a try and see if it helps!
