We are on version 5.21.5 and use the Excel Exporter application from the app store. All dates are exporting as the value minus 4 or 5 hours. These dates are not set to be localized so they should be exported as is. Is this a known issue with a fix?

Could it be that the exported dates are UTC? Check to see which values are in the database. This could be a localization issue. All the date times are saved in the database as UTC. And the UTC is detemined by the localize yes / no boolean. Check the date time faq here: https://docs.mendix.com/refguide6/datetime-handling-faq
