unable to use the smtp module for the latest versio of mendix that is 8.6 pro.latest release

Perhaps you can download the MPK file via the normal appstore and import it into your project: https://appstore.home.mendix.com/link/app/2461/.

tried that too getting the same error.

loading the module failed.the package could not be imported because it was created with version 6.10.10 of mendix modules. please open it in the range version from 7.2.3.0 …….

That module is indeed not available for Mendix 8.
