How upload a specific excel file using file dropper

Hi Team, I have one scenario; I have a download button from there I am downloading a excel template file which holding some columns question and answer. the questions are already present. after downloading, as a user I am filling each questions answer and saving it. so now what I have to do, I have to upload the same updated excel file into the system using file dropper. Other files should not be uploaded. How to achieve this scenario? Can anyone help me?
