RQS-tool: how comes that feedbacks disappear? They should be closed with comment.

The feedback-sprintr helps NXP to make the list of improvements for end-users. What has been closed, can still be categorized and reported, e.g. 70 issues were solved in Q2. I see regularly from excel -extracts, that items in the sprintr cannot be found back, like for RQS 881 and 887. I would like that feedbacks can not be deleted, only be closed.
