Pass simple parameters to microflow or nanoflow

I really miss the option to simply pass a parameter (just a string value of some kind) when we call a micro of nanoflow. It gives the possibility to use case statements and determine follow up actions, which in some cases, are almost equal to each other… (where we use the parameter to determine which way to go):

Sadly I cannot vote for this idea as the vote button seems to have vanished, but I would love this. It would make life so much easier and many micro- and nanoflows way more reusable.
