Please add an option to reset a variable name based, on the entity after a change

In some microflow editing cases like

1. Copy an action
2. Rename an entity
3. Select another entity in a retrieve action
4. Change ‘retrieve all’ to ‘retrieve first’
5. Call another microflow with another result entity

The variablename remains unchanged.

Please add an option or shortcut (CTRL-R) to change the name like it is created initially.
