Please add an option to reset variable name based on the entity

In some microflow editing cases like

1. Copy an action
2. Rename [an entity
3. Select another entity in a retrieve action
4. Change ‘retrieve all’ to ‘retrieve first’
5. Call another microflow with another result entity

The variablename remains unchanged.

Please add an option or shortcut to change the name as it is created initially.
