Search bar in new member

Dear all,
A search bar like in the pic would be very useful. Currently it sometimes is tricky to find the right association amongst 20 other wordy associations.

Would be great to have a search bar to make it more explicit
Please note that you can already search by typing, the beginning letter, the focus will jump. Unfortunatly it does not have a matching middele of the name. (that can frustrating because assocciations often starts with the same entity name)
