Please can you provide more detail on what you mean by “I see the sign in activity is there when creating a nanoflow but it is not there on the microflow creation”? 

If you want to create sign in microflow yourself then you cannot do this. If you want to change something after sign in then you can have a look into SignIn microflow for Mx7 / Mx8 module from app store to achieve this.
