Creating Microflow using expression editor

Hi experts, I am getting one issue while creating the microflow using the expression editor explained in 8.7.1 in Rapid Developer crash course. I am not getting any option for deleting accounts for the deleted object. What may be the reason that I am not getting the account deletion option? Attached the screenshot below. Please suggest.

HI Nisha,

In order to delete the associated Object , Example when you are deleting Employee , you can also delete Account Object by selecting the following setting in association.
