Pop-up failed to load from micro flow

Hi, Can someone advise what could be the root cause of pop-up failure that is triggered from micro flow ? The pop-up failed to load and there is an error message ( see below) on permission. But I and some users do not have this problem when we perform the same action that tiggers the microflow using our login credentials. I tried the login credentials of users affected by this issue and do not have the problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Michael,

This error usually appears for the user when the respective microflow do not have the required permission for the logged in user.Just make sure once whether the microflow has permission for the userrole of those users. you can verify this as per the below image. Allowed roles should have the userrole of those users who are facing this issue.
