Is it true that the client activity 'synchronize to device' only allow list of object who are not a generalization of system.FileDocument is? If true? How can i synchronize this objects from my NativeApp? I prefer not to sync them when starting the app, but at a later time.

You're right about it not being possible to synchronise a file to device. The limitation is also documented here:
