Hello, I have a few records connected to the application which all generate perfectly to a Word document but just two files throw up a show message with ‘error: please contact system admin’. I could add the error log below if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Something with a Dynamic Label widget. I assume you have the “Render as XHTML” option enabled on that widget, but the XHTML in there must not be valid. Specifically, maybe you’re missing a semicolon? Not sure on that part.
