How to increase the limit of excel export records?

Hi Team, I have to use excel export feature in my application. I have downloaded XSL Report module and also performed all required steps. But when I am downloading excel I am facing error as shown in below screenshot: I have to download more than 3k records in excel. How can I resolve this issue?
