how to create a microflow inorder to assign a particular person from one team to another team

Hello everyone, i have two tabs where one tab contains the complete list of ‘Aligned’ status employees and other tab contains the list of ‘Not aligned’ employees. When a manager login he would be able to see the list of employees under his name by selecting his name from the dropdown in ‘Aligned’ status employees tab. That manager will check the ‘not aligned’ employees in the other tab and he should be able to select the employee in the ‘not aligned’ status and assign to that manager team. Could anyone help me out in this… Thanks in advance, Apurupa
