Having issue with reference update in non-persistent entity

After clicking on the button, I am calling microflow which will change the reference to point new object. Other thing coming on UI as per new relation set but when I retrieve the relation explicitly it gives me an older reference. Does any one know the solution fo this ? I have tried to refresh client option but it didn't work for me. Thank you.
