Need some guidance on how to configure language changing feature.

I want to provide the end client the facility to change language. I created a very basic microflow , not sure if its sufficient because when I click the button which calls this microflow nothing happens. Even if I refresh the page no changes occur. Can someone please guide me regarding this.

You can checkout the locale switcher in the appstore.
This allows you to change the language/timezone for a specific user and some other features.
