Show Message doesn´t show text of template

Hi everyone, lately I have a problem with the ‘show message’ activity. The pop-up shows up but it is empty even though there is a template. I don´t know why, it just happens to the ones I added in the last couple days. The other ‘show message’ pop-ups still work. Hopefully someone can help me solve this problem!

Maybe a crazy idea, but have you already tried to adjust the zoom level of your browser?
