I want to check if end user wants to upload a doc file and it is embedded with .exe file it should be rejected. If it has embeded only .xls file the it can upload

In the filemanager widget you can set the allowed extensions:
So use this for uploading the file and set the ‘Allowed extensions’ to doc, xls
