How to filter excel sheet document without using data grid in mendix?

There is a excel which contain promo code(primary key), campaign code& campaign name, account status in a column. As we know that each column will be stored in separate entity which is not one to one associated i.e camp code and camp name, all the entity has one to many relationship with promo code. Now without using data grid I need to filter all data based on those column. The solution should be, we need a separate text box for each column where we enter the required data and it gets filtered and provide desired list of data.
