Document number generation for Job order in store specific

Dear Team, Season greetings. We are developing Point on sale system in Mendix platform for Service businesses. In this project we need to create a Job order for each and every service and the same is in sequence manner for that store. Every store will have unique sequencing of the transaction id or document number generated for Job order. This is the example of Job order number generated at two stores: Pls refer the same from below image. We need your suggestions to meet the requirement in Mendix which is store specific and looking for any alternate solution for number sequencing generation.

I would just create microflows to create and retrieve those numbers. Because then you can define the rules yourself like can there be gap's in the numbers? What do we do with a number when the sale does not go through? This kind of logic can al be created in microflows.
