Microflow is highest priority over page role?

We have a case where we are showing page using “Show Page” using Microflow  and we have not assigned role “xyz” to page but still it is showing if I logged in using say “xyz role” user.

The answer would be yes to your question. Here an exert from learning path https://academy.mendix.com/link/modules/35/lectures/79/2.3-Navigation-and-Data-Access: 

“When a page is opened as a result of a microflow, the page itself does not require to have page access set to it. This is only needed when it directly needs to be accessed.”

Hi,

Kindly check the project level security where different role(eg.abc) has been mapped to xyz user role and abc role has access to that page.

By this way, xyz will have access to the respective page.
