Calculate daysbetween generates error

0
Hello,   I have a fixed object with the time in format date and time. I tried to calculate the days between from current date to a variable date in a microflow. My expression is: daysBetween($Article/PurchaseDate,[%CurrentDateTime%])   This generates an error: “Incorrect arguments for function daysBetween: null, 2022-08-27T22:00:00.000Z”   Can you support me with that?       Why is [%CurrentDateTime%] = null or is the time and date format of my variable wrong?

Hi Fabian,

$Article/PurchaseDate. - your attribute value is null. Pls check.CurrentDateTime is returning current date properly.

Hi,

As a best practice you can always use Debugger first https://docs.mendix.com/howto8/monitoring-troubleshooting/debug-microflows/ and check if any object/variable is returning empty.

In your case its obvious from the stack trace that $Article/PurchaseDate  is empty.

Thanks

The variable panel will start to change as you go through the microflow. This overview https://indiancustomer.in/casino-games/ will show you all the variables, objects and lists involved in the application, i.e. all variables, objects, links, current user information and device type information.
