Download PDF into Multiple language

I need to download pdf into multiple language i followed everysteps from  https://docs.mendix.com/refguide/style/#custom-fonts from this mendix document for PDF downloading in multiple  language yet after downloading in the place of other language it is displaying ##### so what can be done for this

Hi Nithya,

At first generate pdf in english then you can change the user language and pass that to the document template
